KBserver isn't the only one way to open a pprj without downloading the files. The other is open-url
(e.g. open-url for OCRe).

Projects:  groundERGO has trial-criteria&patient-state,  ERGO101 is open for shared editing

A bit on MultiUser Protege:(in pdf form)

=below   are the only 2 things you have to do to open any of the projects that are being served:

================THIS IS ALL YOU HAVE TO DO,   THESE   TWO   STEPS:

======= you go to your Protege3:

and do an Open-Project:

on .61 and on domesetup.ucsf.edu but w/rmi problems

Then Select the test Project I've started:(an issueTrac for bug, or...)

=This would open vMR, but I first started this just to get people used to Protege collaboration, or collaboration at all on tracking issues, like bug reports (as a good learning example) So  I'll leave this up to remind people this is still available:

[Note:I started w/collaborativeNewspaper, but will clean it up.]
Background: A long time ago I made a bug-ticket class:

And I just made a test ticket from the doc I got:[Which anyone/(depending on permissions) can edit.]

Bugzilla libs are giving several problems, this comes up right away, and is something we should try.[RCT schema is there as well.]
It is collaborative, allows annotation, and even interactive chat.
more here. Incl. the open question, of what is everyone's experience w/other related ontologies?

== Click here for a READ-ONLY example w/(open-URL vs. the above open-SERVER)  ===

=====Now here is the background at the end this time:

A bit on MultiUser Protege:(in pdf form)

Which I think we should start trying to use; &realized thatissue-tracking would be a good start. Are needs are greater than aspread-sheet, but not as much as bugzilla; which might be a distraction(vs. this being good practice)

=I would like to update this, &make it useable, but I'd like to get an idea if anyone would use it.
=Also I'm still wasting time w/the hardware; which I think we should replace.

A bit more (background) on how I came to use it:
I can get to the PC at work via VNC

[Note I use VNC only to set it up; You don't need it to connect, just use Protege]
So I set up Protege in server mode: [the meta-project set permissions/etc]    ==Note, you don't do this part!=
