Really enjoy it.  
Have found given the distributed nature, that I have to reach out early, to get timely coordination.
 
|2. What are you enjoying most about your role?
|
From the early looking around for background, to thoughts on the potential of the projects, have been exciting.

|3. Is the job/team/company what you expected?
|
It is basically within the bounds of my expectation; but still discovering some of how it will fall together.

|4. Has anything surprised you? If so, what?

|5. Has training been helpful? What would you add or change?
|
The intro page of links was helpful, but maybe some updating, &adding a little on importance of some of the items.

|6. Do you have all the tools and resources that you need?
|
|7. Do you feel like you have gotten to know your coworkers well?
|
A fair number of them, and I'm sure will get a little more time with that as well.

|8. Do you feel out of the loop about anything?
|
I feel like I can get myself more in a few loops with just a few queries, so that is coming along.

|9. What should we provide to new employees that we have missed?

|11. Is anything about your role, the team or company still unclear?
