I should probably look at the Snomed tagged RCTs if they are already around; As I'm constructing them, along w/a tagged eHR ~by hand right now.  If SMI gets anything like auto(onto)annotation (like from ontrez)going, I'd really like to see it, too. Right now I'll focus on a trial of KM, here are some Notes on km conversion/use.
