During the course of work on this contract, KnowledgeBased-Consulting willdeliver some existing programs, routines, or source code that has been, andwill be, re-used on other projects for other clients. This source code is partof our re-usable code library and is labeled as such. In performing workunder this contract we grant a nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual,irrevocable, royalty-free license to make, have made, use, modify, and/or sellthis source code.
Similarly, in the course of work under this contact,KnowledgeBased-Consulting will develop generic code,programs, and routines that may be incorporated into ourgeneral re-usable code libraries.Routines and programs thatincorporate key technologies defined by the client, or thatpertain to the client's key intellectual property, patents,and copyrights will remain the property of the client and inno way will be incorporated or re-used by KnowledgeBased-Consulting.
