=draft note= I'm still busy, but might be pulled away to try to help if I could be assured even intangible reward. It sounds like the work done at Franz has been expensive and not taken the practical/speed needs fully into account. I know I won't be able to do as good a job as the experts at Franz. Yet it is something I am interested in, and if I could derive some benefit (see-below) then I'm sure that it could be done for significantly less. One sideline suggestion is to think about other uses of your work, other than derivatives. You could at last consider (more general) data-mining consulting as an offshoot. A motivation for me could (also) be getting an example application of something near my intersts. I would work on the multiproc/workflow ability in Lisp, if I can make use of lessons learned. _Michael bobak@computer.org __ http://mike.bobak.googlepages.com/ip ps. I might try to catch this talk this week; that highlights datamining visualization apps. http://webtools.uiuc.edu/calendar/Calendar?ACTION=VIEW_EVENT&calId=1239&skinId=160&DATE=4/16/2007&eventId=50997
