Use my email (first), as my phone just sends a voicemail to my email anyway;
If you want to catch me live, you have to email me first, and tell me when you will call.
Otherwise, I can just call you back; Still I find email the most productive.
Skype/IM/chat (w/video) is also possible. (eg. gtalk or michael_bobak on yahoo-msngr or skype)

If you do leave me a voicemail from a cell-phone, remember to leave the name of your service, So that I can text you back, if I'm not near my phone.
my phone is usually on vibrate, so say I'm at coffee miss your call & downloading your msg
