my 1st attempt at some txt for the ad was:

I'm trying out a job out west; so I don't want to move everything right now; If I like it; I'll leave 90%of the furnishings/etc. WestTown, un-rehabbed, but huge/funky(diff colored rooms/etc)

[Note I'm leaving(on a weekday)between Aug23&30th, &don't have anyone to show it after that] 

(btw. the non-use of candles might relate to the avoidance of smoking indoors as well?)
